Gentle Flow Yoga – Move and Release Stress, Psalm 91:1
For active, fit beginners or more experienced yoga students. This yoga flow class incorporates flowing and breath-synchronized movement through the poses to build strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. We will hold some poses for longer periods, flow in others at a faster pace, creating heat in the body as we progress and learn more challenging poses such as downward facing dog, warrior 3, half-moon pose, and shoulder stand. The class starts and ends with an inspirational relaxation time.
