Welcome to our Open To Grace Community Class on Zoom recorded Jan. 23rd/21. This practice is mostly a standing practice, no special equipment needed. You can do most of this practice seated if you prefer. Our Spiritual truth for today’s practice: God is Forever Faithful. We move all the major joints of the body to maintain and improve mobility and energize or warm up for a longer practice or other physical activity.
