Chair Yoga – Move and Relax – Psalm 91:1

A gentle and nourishing 45-minute class for students who would like to experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. This class is also appropriate for most people recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic health conditions. We will practice seated yoga poses, flowing movement with the breath, relaxation techniques and standing work with the support of the chair. Benefits can include improved balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. The class starts and ends with an inspirational relaxation time.
