Gentle Yoga Level 1 – Stretch and Relax, Psalm 91:1

A gentle and nourishing practice for beginners and anyone looking for relaxation, stretching, improved breathing, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for most people recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic health conditions. Participants should be able to get up and down from the mat without pain. We use yoga props such as yoga blocks, straps, cushions, and blankets and transition slowly from the following positions: lying down, sitting, on all fours and standing. The class starts and ends with an inspirational relaxation time.
