Gentle Yoga Level 2 – Move and Relax, Psalm 91:1

A gentle and nourishing practice for active beginners and more experienced students. Participants should be able to get up and down from the mat without pain. This class includes relaxation, stretching, and breath work with a focus on improving flexibility, balance and strength. We gently build heat in the body and hold poses for longer periods than in level 1. We transition from the following positions: lying down, seated, on all fours and standing. The class starts and ends with an inspirational relaxation time.
